Hitting Reload

As I’ve men­tioned before, TNL.net recently expe­ri­enced a major crash. As a result, I had to rethink a lot of things and took the time of look­ing into what tools I was using. Well, it’s been about 5 years since I started writ­ing my own blog soft­ware and I decided that this lit­tle piece of code should now be junked. I’ve just replaced it with a new back-end that is pow­ered by Word­Press. The process was not easy as I had to move data from my own pro­pri­etary data­base to the word­press one, a process that is still on-going (notice the lim­ited amount of com­ments on recent posts, well, there’s your reason)

That said, I think most every­thing should look about the same and I will write a future entry about the migration.
