Bloglines problem?

It appears that Bloglines has stopped updating a number of feeds from well known blogs. For example, my subscriptions do not seem to reflect changes to blogs like Boing Boing, Dave Winer’s Scripting News, Doc Searls, and a lot more have not been updating on Google in days, if not weeks. I initially thought it was a one day thing and that others would notice but there doesn’t appear to be anyone else blogging this so I figured I would. 

Due to this particular problem, I wonder where I should go, in terms of RSS reading platform. Here are my requirements:

Based on those requirements, I’d like to know what readers of TNL.net would recommend. Please drop your suggestion in the comment box.

Also, if you are blogging yourself, go check it out. It’s one of those really weird thing and could be a cause for concern if a portion of your readership is coming from the service.

    Strange, Bloglines works fine for me, including some of the above blogs you mentioned.

    Regardless, bloglines has barely been enhanced since acquired by Ask. Let me know what you settle on.

    check out netvibes. i prefer bloglines simple approach to organization, but netvibes has potential - but not sure how crowed the screen will look with hundreds of feeds.

    thanks for the netvibes suggestion but that interface is not going to work considering the amount of feeds I consume (between 200 and 300 at most time)…

    I’ve been noticing that some stuff that I read weeks ago is coming back as “new”. Wonder what’s going on….

    I’m back. your post made me realize that yes, I was not getting updates on a lot of feeds. No overlap on the blogs you mentioned, though. I am trying out Newsgator, which fails the “Should not force me to go back to the top of the page in order to see my folders” test.
