‘We have broken speed of light’:

A pair of German physicists claim to have broken the speed of light – an achievement that would undermine our entire understanding of space and time.

If true, this is one of the most important scientific achievements of our time. The implications as far as communications are staggering as it would make high speed network change in ways we have yet to understand. Most telecom networks based on fiber optics are limited by the speed of light so theoretically, if one can go faster than that, networks could increase in speed even further…
