Softquad Introduces SGML browser

Softquad, known for its HoTMetaL Pro Web-authoring software, released Panorama Pro, an SGML browser. Unlike most browsers, which read HTML (a subset of SGML), Panorama Pro can handle the larger and generally more complex SGML formatted documents. According to the company, organizations such as NASA, the Universify of Michigan, and Intel Corp. are publishing with SGML, which also is a U.S. government standard. Panorama Pro sells for $139.
